What we collect

• Quote form: your name, company, trade, city and state, email, phone (optional), the products in your quote cart, anything else you list, the date you need them, your account and language preferences, and any photo or file you attach.
• Email: whatever you send us at business@a2onegroup.com.
• Your quote cart: the products you add are kept in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there on your next visit. They are not sent to us until you submit the quote form, and the cart is emptied after a successful request. You can remove items at any time.
• Visit statistics: if enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, source and ship your order, open and manage a contractor account if you ask for one, and reply to you. We do not sell your information. We may share item details with our suppliers and carriers only as needed to quote, source and deliver your order.

Where it is stored

Form submissions and attached files are received and stored by our website host (Netlify) and sent to our business email. Files you attach can be opened by anyone who has their link, so please do not attach documents with sensitive personal information such as ID numbers or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and attachments for as long as we need them to quote, fill orders and keep our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing business@a2onegroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and contractors and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
